Refund policy
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law we do not accept returns for change of mind on any of our products for hygiene reasons.
In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item on its arrival, please contact us as sales@wilderosecreations.com.au within 24 hours of receiving the item, for further information.
Please note:
- Photos of the damaged or defective item in the original packaging will be required with your email.
- The damaged or defective item must be returned in the original packaging.
- Shipping costs when returning damaged or defective items, is at your own expense.
